Kadoma Clash: Queens Secure Draw and Dominant Victory

The MWOS FC Queens delivered a spirited performance over the weekend in Kadoma, sharing honours and then asserting dominance against Kadoma Queens FC in a productive outing on Saturday, 21 February at Rimuka Stadium.

With Head Coach Primrose Serima away on COSAFA duty with the U17s, Assistant Coach Cephas Mugurasave took charge of the team.

Game 1: Honours Even in Entertaining Draw

The first encounter ended in a competitive 2–2 draw, as both sides tested each other in an open and fast-paced contest.

Doreen Rugayo opened the scoring for MWOS FC Queens with a composed finish, before Stella Denya added the second to keep the Punters in control at key moments of the match. Kadoma Queens FC, however, showed their fighting spirit and managed to level matters, ensuring the first game ended all square.

Despite the draw, there were plenty of positives for MWOS FC Queens — from sharp movement in the final third to disciplined defensive organization.

Game 2: Attacking Brilliance Powers 3–0 Win

If the first match was about resilience, the second was about authority.

The Queens stepped up decisively in Game 2, securing a commanding 3–0 victory to cap off a strong weekend performance.

Princess Muchekesi opened the scoring with a confident strike, setting the tone early. Victoria Dzikiti doubled the advantage with a well-taken effort, before Kelly Kandemiri sealed the result to complete a dominant display.

The clean sheet highlighted the team’s defensive solidity, while the attacking trio showcased the depth and quality within the squad.
